Mini Biography:
Not much of his personality is revealed in the movie since most of his appearance were flashblacks on his death. Despite everything, he still cared for his sister very much. He fights for peace and future for his sister and the people he cared about. Sadly he met his tragic end in the hands of Battousai.

Even though he appears loyal to Shigure, but actually he's not. He valued gaining power than his comrade. Even though he almost got away with the crime, but never lived long enough.

Musahiro

Personality: Strong and determined young man

Mini Biography:
He became very close to Yahiko since they share the same fate, both their fathers were samurai who died fighting in the Tokugawa era. He also shares the same enthusiasm in liberating his country with Shigure. Yahiko cried when he saw Musashiro died during the battle.

Mini Biography:
Even though he's a rebel, he still has good intention in liberating his country. Gentatsu's death made him bitter against Kenshin Himura. He took care of Toki for Gentatsu's sake. He finally realized his wrong doing after his fight with Kenshin.

Personality: Corrupt and evil

Mini Biography:
He conspired against the General in order to gain more power. However his schemes failed because of Kenshin's intervention.

Personality: Frail and gentle lady, plus she knows how to cook very well

Mini Biography:
She's the younger sister of Gentatsu, she cares for her brother very much. When Gentatsu died, Shigure's the one who took care of her. Yahiko and Sanosuke admires her beauty and cooking skills which outdo those of Kaoru's. She love teaching little children, somehow she's worried about Shigure all the time. I'm rather confused about the relationship between her and Shigure, was it brotherly love or romantic interest.
