Personality: Another Megalomaniac who wants the country to be colonized by Netherlands

Mini Biography:
During the persecution of Christians, Kaioh's mother fled to Holland and died giving birth to him. He never knew who and where his father is. To his rage, he conspired against Japan and used Amakusa Shougo to strengthen his plan. In the end he never lived long enough to witness his conspiracy failed.
