Doctor Genzai
He sort of watches over Kaoru from time to time before Kenshin came. He visits her often along with his grandchildren Ayame and Suzume. He trains Megumi everything she needs to know for her to become a doctor. Due to the nature of his work, he leaves his grand childen to Kaoru's Dojo while he checks on his patients.

The grand daughters of Dr. Genzai presumed to be orphans since *looks around* none of their parents seemd to be around. They're friendly and playful, and often nags Kenshin and Sanosuke sometimes.
